We want you to be stoked with your purchase from onestepfashions.com. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with returns or exchanges within a reasonable timeframe.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
To return an item, please ensure it’s unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached. Fill out the returns form on our website and follow the instructions to send it back to us.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. The item must be received by us within 30 days of the original delivery date.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Yes! If you’d like a different size or colour, you can request an exchange. Just note that exchanges are subject to availability.
WHO PAYS FOR RETURN SHIPPING?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect due to our error.
HOW LONG DOES A REFUND TAKE?
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 10 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY OR INCORRECT?
If there’s an issue with your order, let us know straight away. We’ll cover return shipping and organise a replacement or refund.
CAN I RETURN SALE ITEMS?
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.
WHAT IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM?
Mistakes happen! Contact us immediately, and we’ll sort it out for you—including covering return shipping if needed.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS FOR INTERNATIONAL RETURNS?
Yes, but return shipping costs and any customs fees are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds will be processed in the original currency.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY RETURN?
Once your return is processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation. If you haven’t heard from us within 10 business days, get in touch.
WHAT IF MY RETURN IS LOST IN TRANSIT?
We recommend using a tracked shipping method. We’re not responsible for returns lost in transit.
